CARONAVIRUS (COVID-19) Update

March 2, 2020

As the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) continues to evolve across the country, we want to make sure you are updated on the steps we are taking to help protect our communities from the spread of the virus. Our team are closely monitoring the latest advice from Government and health authorities, and taking the appropriate action.

In line with the latest Federal and State Government updates, Junk Truck is maintaining our services and are fully operational with a set of restrictions in place to provide our services.

The health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, team members and the wider community is our highest priority so we are taking extra precautions minimising interactions on all our job sites.

We know this is a unique and changing situation, but we're all in it together.

What we are doing:

• All employees are aware to advise Management immediately if they begin to encounter any flu like symptoms and not attend work

• Customers are asked if any person at the job site has any symptoms or has the virus to notify us immediately before any work commences

• Increased regular cleaning of high touch point areas of our fleet and job sites
• At the arrival and departure of every job site, staff to disinfect themselves

• Having additional hand sanitisers, face masks, gloves and relevant PPE at all job sites ensuring safe distancing measures with customers
• Actively promoting hygiene measures and social distancing amongst employees

• Minimising interactions at all jobsites including contactless payment methods, we request jobs be paid via Bpay, Credit Card or Bank Transfer during this time
